Правильно ли я понимаю, что для конфигурации на домашнем комп.- Win7Pro+IIS7+php, для отправки сообщения реализованного с ипользованием php mail() (без подключения стороннего SMTP сервера), я должен дополнительно иметь на своей машине sendmail + SMTP сервер?
